I can’t sleep properly.
The past few weeks have been the same. I can get a few hours here and there, but nothing to sustain me for a full day. I’ve tried forcing myself to sleep late, that doesn’t work. Sleep early, that doesn’t work. In fact, sleeping early is probably worse. I could go to bed at 9pm, but no matter how tired I think I am I’ll wake up numerous times and have to actually get up in the early hours.
I don’t really know how to fix it. It’s making me ill, I think. Headaches and shit. If it continues I’ll guess I’ll have to go to the doctor or something.
